Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - CVICU (Travel/Contract)

Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Description

Work in a Mixed ICU with a focus on Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU).
Expected to take overflow patients, including fresh or cardiac patients.
Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in the specialty.

Required Certifications

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
CALS (Cardiac Advanced Life Support)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience, with CVICU experience within the last year.
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
NIHSS certification.
CALS certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
