Description
Job Opportunity: Radiology Technician (Travel)
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 1400-2230
- Call every third weekend, 2200-0600
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technician license for Michigan
- American Heart Association BLS certification (current and valid)
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the past year
- Proof of required vaccinations and health screenings, including but not limited to:
- COVID-19 vaccine (including booster or approved declination/exemption)
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Hepatitis B vaccination series (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine (seasonal)
- Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
- Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) for TB screening
- Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (completed within 30 days of start)
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (within last year)
- Respirator Evaluation (physician-signed form required)
- Color Vision test
Professional and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county, last 7 years)
- Social Security Number verification
- Education verification (highest level of academic education)
- Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG/GSA, NSO) within 30 days of start
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit forms
- Trinity system access form completed one week before start
- Skills checklist and joint commission testing within the past year
- Resume and professional references required for submission
