Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery RN (Day Shift) - Travel Position

Location: Hoffman Estates, Illinois

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current RN license in Illinois (Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start)
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS (American Heart Association)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program, AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics)

  • Fit Test for respiratory protection (preferred prior to start, can be completed onsite)
  • TB screening: Positive IGRA or PPD results, negative chest X-ray within 1 year, and annual TB questionnaire
  • Health statement or physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA within 90 days prior to start

Background & Compliance

  • Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry (within 30 days of first assignment, updated annually)
  • EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check within 90 days of start, rerun if break in service > 90 days
  • Employment verification for past 7 years
  • Education verification relevant to clinical work (within 90 days of start)
  • Professional references (at least two)
  • Drug screening: 12 panel urine drug screen within 30 days prior to start, updated annually

Additional Requirements

  • Driver’s License/State ID (must be current and valid)
  • Resume/Profile submission
  • Completion of onboarding requirements and attestations prior to or at start
  • Badge photo (forward-facing, white or blue background, no filters)
