Job Details

• Shift:

  • 5x8 hour shifts (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM) Monday through Friday on weeks without Saturday work (40 hours)
  • On weeks with Saturday work: 4 shifts Monday-Friday (11:30 AM - 8:00 PM) plus an 8-hour Saturday shift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM), totaling 40 hours
• Weekend Requirement: As per shift details (Saturday shifts on some weeks)
• Call Requirement: No
• Float Requirement: Must be willing to float between West Ashley and Mt. Pleasant facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ARRT (MR) certification or ARMRIT certification

Additional Requirements

• Background Check: Within 1 year, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• Physical Exam: Within 90 days of start, must clear traveler to work without restrictions
• Immunizations and Health Documentation:

  • Tdap within 10 years or declination form
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 MMR vaccines or positive titer; declination accepted for Mumps and Rubella but not Measles)
  • Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination
  • Varicella (2 vaccines, documented chickenpox history, or declination)
  • Seasonal Flu vaccination or medical/religious exemption (no declinations accepted)
  • Drug screening: 10-panel urine drug screen within 90 days of start
• COVID-19: Vaccination highly preferred; declination form required if not vaccinated
• Photo for Badge: Required prior to start, must meet specific photo guidelines
• Orientation: Completion of facility-specific orientation modules within 5 days of start

Facility & Work Environment

• Type: Outpatient Clinic
• Charting System: Epic
• Dress Code: Teal top, black pants
• Radius Rule: 60 miles
• Locals: Accepted on a case-by-case basis
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Hurricane Season: Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November), with peak activity in August and September

• Must be flexible to float between multiple facilities as needed
