Job Opportunity: Medical Surgical Oncology Registered Nurse
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Job Description
Work in a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) unit focused on Oncology with mixed acuity PCU and MS units.
Patient diagnoses include:
- Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)
- Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Adult)
- Amyloidosis
- Aplastic Anemia
- Chronic Leukemia (CLL, Myeloid)
- Hodgkin's Lymphoma
- Multiple Myeloma
- Myelodysplastic Syndrome
- Myeloproliferative Disorders
- Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
Special procedures include:
- Autologous, Syngeneic, and Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplants
- CAR-T Therapy
Shift: 12-hour day/night rotating shifts; schedule may include days, nights, or a combination based on staffing needs. Shift assignments reviewed every 4 weeks but not guaranteed to change.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 1 year Oncology nursing experience, with Oncology experience within the last year.
- Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- Experience working with adult patients.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Telemetry monitoring experience.
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias.
- Use of Rapid Response Teams.
- Feeding tube care and management.
- Blood product administration.
- Central line blood draws.
- Peripheral line care and management.
- PICC line management.
- Nasal cannula administration.
