Description

Registered Nurse - Stepdown Unit (Night Shift)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Care for patients with STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule out, congestive heart failure (CHF), noninvasive ventilation, post-cardiothoracic surgery ICU care, antiarrhythmic IV medications, peripheral vascular compromise, and related conditions.
Work in a 33-bed unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.
Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Schedule includes 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks.
No block scheduling; flexibility is required.
Must float to Medical/Surgical or Emergency Room to cover CVCU/Med Surg holds.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license for Oklahoma.
At least 6 months of Stepdown nursing experience.
Ability to float to Med/Surg or ER as needed.

Additional Notes

Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
