Job Opportunity: Labor and Delivery Nurse

Location: Brownwood, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: Preferred within 3-5 weeks; may consider later based on volume of needs
Hours: May consider 48 hours/week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience, with recent experience within the last year
• Proficient in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Orientation and safety manual acknowledgment required, updated annually

• Facility-specific orientation modules (~3-4 hours) required

• Pass/Fail testing for Telemetry nurses includes two attempts with educator support

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.

This position is ideal for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs licensed in Texas who meet the certification and health requirements and are available for a 13-week travel contract.
