Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

Job Description
- Provide nursing care in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.
- Must be comfortable working in LTC/SNF environments.
- Weekend shifts are required.
- First-time travelers are accepted.
- Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted.
- Block scheduling is not accommodated.
- Guaranteed hours based on signed contract.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of Long Term Care experience, including experience within the last year
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Candidates must carry government-issued photo ID during hours of service.
- All required documentation (I9, Social Security card if applicable, E-Verify) must be submitted.
- Pass/fail testing includes cardiac arrhythmia and medication dosage calculations; candidates have two attempts.
- Flu vaccination or declination documentation required for flu season (Nov 1 - Mar 31).
- COVID-19 vaccination required; declination form accepted if not vaccinated.
- Facility-specific orientation and compliance documents will be provided prior to start.
- No prior travel experience required.
Summary
This is a travel contract RN position in LTC/SNF with a 13-week duration in South Carolina. The role requires at least 2 years of RN experience in LTC/SNF, current RN licensure, BLS certification, and compliance with extensive health, background, and competency requirements. Weekend availability and adherence to attendance policies are mandatory. First-time travelers are welcome.
