Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing

License

Washington Nursing License

Certifications

Basic Life Support

Description

Required Skills & Competencies

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum of 1 year of Pre-Op nursing experience within the last year.
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Experience with ENT, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics (including total joints), and Urology surgeries.
Proficient in dysrhythmia recognition and management.
Experience administering reversal agents.
Proficient in Epic electronic health record system.
Completion of at least one travel nursing assignment.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
