Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: Approximately 4 weeks (25 days)

Job Description

• Shifts scheduled between 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, including weekend requirements.
• Shared housing provided at no cost.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy License (MA Pharmacy license required; conditional licenses not accepted).
• Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• Must meet all immunization and health screening requirements, including but not limited to:

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or proof of immunity.
  • Influenza vaccine during flu season (no exemptions allowed).
  • TB screening within 3 months of start date and updated if there is a break in service.
  • Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity is strongly preferred.
  • Tdap vaccine preferred.
• Completion of FEMA ICS 100 Training prior to assignment.
• Criminal background checks, including Massachusetts CORI and national sex offender registry checks, required within 45 days prior to start date and updated as needed.
• Verification of highest level of education achieved.
• Submission of references (2 within 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset).
• Health statement signed by a licensed provider within 365 days of start date.
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if applicable.
• Completion of required skills checklist and candidate submission paperwork.

Additional Requirements

• Must comply with all professional and personal health history documentation and credentialing requirements prior to start.
• Must provide a detailed work history for the past 7 years including city and state.
• Must complete all required background and exclusion checks related to healthcare compliance.

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
• Housing is provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment.
