Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Urology

Location: Richland, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse with a background in Urology for a travel contract position. This role does not require floating between units, on-call duties, weekends, or block schedules. Expected nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:6-8.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
Minimum 1 year of Urology experience, with Urology experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Requirements

Competencies: Medication/pharmacology competency exams and other unit-specific competency exams as applicable
Skills Checklists: Annual skills checklist required for applicable units
Training Modules: Completion of required regulatory, specialty-specific, and regional training modules via LMS platform prior to start and annually thereafter
Photo ID: Passport-style badge photo required
Floating Policy: Acknowledgement that floating to other units within a reasonable distance may be required

Work Environment & Schedule

No floating between units
No on-call required
No weekend shifts required
No block scheduling required
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1 nurse to 6-8 patients
