Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health (Days)

Location: Loveland, Colorado
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Previous home care experience is required.
• Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or within one week after.
• Return to Office (RTO) cannot exceed 7 days and no RTO is allowed during the first week of assignment.
• Candidates should specify all locations, shifts, and departments they are willing to work in.
• Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last 12 months.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute.
• Experience in a Home Care setting.

Additional Information

• Travel experience is highly preferred but not explicitly required.
• Strict adherence to background check standards is mandatory.
• Non-billable hours are adjusted to reflect 16 hours per assignment.
• Assignments may be canceled with one full week’s notice without penalty.

Summary

This temporary Occupational Therapist position in home health requires a minimum of 2 years of OT experience including recent practice, active licensure, and certifications. Candidates must have prior home care experience and be flexible with start dates and assignment conditions. Travel experience is preferred.
