Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech

Location: Buckeye, West Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must have cardiac ultrasound experience.
• No prenatal ultrasound experience required.
• Required specialty experience: 2 years.
• Open to first-time travelers and local candidates.

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year.

Health and Safety Requirements

• Physical exam within the last 12 months (not required annually).
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, updated annually.
• Immunizations or titers for:

  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Seasonal flu vaccination required starting September 1st (declinations not accepted).
• 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start; onsite drug screen on day 1.

Additional Requirements

• Two professional references within the last 2 years required for travel positions.
• Completed employment application/resume.
• Skills checklist updated annually as applicable.
• Performance evaluations required if previously employed with the organization for over 1 year.

Notes

• Prior travel experience is not required for this position.
• Candidates must carry photo identification during work hours.
• Compliance with all background checks and health documentation is mandatory.
