Job Description

Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician to support the labor and delivery unit. The role involves assisting in surgical procedures and ensuring a sterile environment in the operating room.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an OB Technician, with experience within the last year.
• Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), or certification from NBSTSA, TS-C, or NCCT.
• Proven experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.

Additional Requirements

• Completion of onboarding education and attestation modules specific to surgical technologists prior to assignment start.
• Completion and maintenance of core competencies including HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, and National Patient Safety Goals.
• Annual updates of skills checklist and specialty exams.
• Health statement or physical exam confirming good health prior to assignment and annually thereafter.
• Compliance with all agency and client-specific credentialing and verification processes.
