Location: Stillwater, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Inpatient Pharmacist position
Night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, working 7 days on / 7 days off
Oklahoma pharmacist licensure required

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience, including experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

Completion of facility-specific orientation and safety acknowledgments prior to start
Completion of HealthStream training modules before start date (approximately 2-3 hours)
Passport-style photo for badge
Fit mask test and color-blind exam will be completed onsite during orientation

Notes

Candidates must meet all background check and credential verification requirements before starting
All health and immunization documentation must be current and verifiable
This is a travel/contract position with a defined contract length of approximately 13 weeks
Night shift schedule with 7 days on and 7 days off rotation
