Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Job Description

• Role involves circulating procedures in Interventional Radiology (IR) / Interventional Neuroradiology (IN) and caring for patients during preparation and recovery phases.
• Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs across multiple nearby hospitals (within 20 miles).
• On-call required: must respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call.
• Locals accepted at the same rate.
• Pending license accepted.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours for 12-hour shifts; 3 hours for 8/10-hour shifts.
• Time-sensitive training modules must be prioritized and completed before starting the assignment.
• Smoke-free facility: all travelers must be nicotine-free; negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test required.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Minimum 1.5 years of Interventional Radiology experience, with experience within the last year
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
