Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Contract Length: 8 weeks (with extension option based on facility need and performance)
Work Schedule:

• 4 ten-hour workdays per week
• One weekend call per month
• Two call days per week
• No pre-requested extended time off

Job Description

• Minimum 2 years recent full-time experience as a Cath Lab Technician required
• Proven independent ability to scrub Left and Right Heart Cath cases, Peripheral cases, and Pacemaker cases
• Proficiency in operating the C-Arm

Required Certifications & Licenses

• Active Arizona state radiology/fluoroscopy license (AZDHS-CRT)
• Active and unencumbered American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Proven, independent ability to scrub Left Heart Cath cases
• Proven, independent ability to scrub Right Heart Cath cases
• Proven, independent ability to scrub Pacemaker cases
• Proficiency in operating the C-Arm
• Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Active and unencumbered ARRT certification

Additional Information

• Must be able to complete facility-specific forms and training related to security, confidentiality, behavioral expectations, HIPAA, and information security
• A clear, passport-style photo with a solid background is required for badge issuance
