Job Description
Seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist with radiology and cath lab angiography skills. Candidates must hold appropriate licensure and certifications to perform in a cath lab environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
- Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab Technologist experience
- Radiology Technologist experience
- Licensed Radiology Technologist (ARRT-R) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Compliance and Screening Requirements
- Criminal background check (7-year search including SSN trace, nationwide sex offender, county, federal, and international searches if applicable)
- Copy of diploma (if applicable)
- State-specific background search (Washington WSP/WATCH search)
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year prior to start
- Required immunizations or proof of immunity:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years or signed declination)
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (immune titer or 2 vaccines)
- Hepatitis B (immune titer and 3-dose vaccine series or signed declination)
- Varicella (immune titer or 2 vaccines)
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (marijuana excluded for Washington facilities)
- Flu vaccine or signed declination (required annually during flu season)
- COVID vaccine documentation or declination
- Respirator medical clearance (annual)
- Two professional references (supervisory or above, within 3 years)

- Low census mandatory cancellation: Must cancel 1.5 hours before shift start; personnel may be cancelled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty
