Location: Spokane, Washington

Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with experience in Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics. This is a travel contract position requiring flexibility to float between units including floor care, ER, code response, and rapid response teams. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend, and block schedules apply. On-call is not required.

Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Washington
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Schedule & Floating
- Floating between units required
- Every other weekend required
- Block schedules required
- No on-call required
Special Requirements
- Experience with floor care, emergency room, code response, and rapid response
- Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care and trauma center environment
Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Drug screening (10 panel) within 90 days of start
- Immunizations and health documents including:
- TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
- TDAP vaccine within 10 years or declination
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respirator clearance annually (RespSafety clearance)
- Background checks covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Education verification and employment references as applicable
- Completion of required WorkRamp training modules prior to start and annually thereafter
Additional Notes
- Candidate may be required to float to other units within a reasonable distance
- Must be able to work in a Level II Trauma Center environment
- Documentation and certifications must be kept current and uploaded as required
- References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last 3 years
