Pharmacist (Inpatient / Outpatient) - Sioux City, IA

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

• EMR system used: EPIC
• Orientation sessions available regularly
• Typical workweek: 36-40 hours, with overtime billable after 40 hours

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist (Hospital experience preferred)
• Sterile Compounding experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Valid state Pharmacist license required
• Driver’s license required
• Work history/resume required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year required
• License verification required
• Copy of required certifications required
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 prior travel contract completed preferred

Additional Information

• Primary patient focus: Adult Medical/Surgical and Critical Care
• May be required to float within the discipline across local campuses

Note: Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
