OR RN Circulator - Vermont

Location: Newport, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

This position serves as the patient advocate by coordinating care in the preoperative and postoperative phases.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
On-call responsibilities required

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in the specialty
Prior travel experience is required

Additional Information

The facility is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in a rural area near the Canadian border.
The community offers outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, fishing, and snowmobiling.
Personal transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transit.
Support is provided to help with transition into the community and role.
Attendance at quarterly department education sessions is required.
