Job Description

• Outpatient Physical Therapy position
• Typical schedules include:

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (5x8)
  • 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (4x10)
• Possible shift times:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• At least 2 years of outpatient Physical Therapy experience
• Physical Therapy experience within the last year

Additional Information

• Must carry photo identification during hours of service
• Education verification may be required upon request
• Performance evaluations required if previously employed with the staffing agency
• Orientation and safety manual acknowledgment required
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
