Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

Location: Cozad, Nebraska
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, every 3rd weekend
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

Provide nursing care on the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Nebraska
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/Tele) nursing experience within the last year
Current certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) as applicable
Verification of Tech Certification - National
Verification of State License
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
Weekend and holiday coverage required every 3rd weekend.

This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing, who holds the appropriate Nebraska or Compact RN license and current ACLS/BLS certifications.
