Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Unit Details & Schedule
- Workdays: Monday-Friday
- Occasional Saturdays: 1-2 Saturdays per month if needed (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- If scheduled for Saturday, a weekday off is provided
- No call required
- Floating within facility and outpatient areas as needed
- Minimum Experience: 1 year in specialty
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Mammography Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
Additional Information
- Orientation hours vary based on contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8-week assignment)
- Full compliance with all requirements is mandatory to start on time; delays in compliance may result in assignment start delays
- Major holidays during assignment period may require working (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day)
- Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers
Summary
This is a travel contract opportunity for a Mammography Tech with at least 1 year of experience. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and no call requirements.
