Job Opportunity: Dietitian

Location: Clinton, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends Required: No
On-Call Required: No
Floating: As needed within scope

Job Requirements

• Valid Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Required Qualifications & Compliance

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work (e.g., government-issued photo ID, I9, E-Verify)
• Background checks including:

  • 7-year criminal history
  • Education verification
  • Other federal and state-required screenings
• Health documents including:

  • Physical exam (initial and annual)
  • Immunizations and titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
  • Seasonal flu vaccination documentation (or approved medical/religious exemption)
  • Drug screening (9-panel within last 12 months)
• Professional references: Two clinical or professional references required
• Performance evaluations if applicable (based on prior assignments)
• Competency exams and safety manual acknowledgments as applicable

Additional Notes

• Floating may be required within the scope of practice.
• This position does not require weekend or on-call coverage.
• Candidates must comply with all facility and regulatory documentation and credentialing requirements prior to start.
