Description

Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Location: San Angelo, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)
Start Date: Within the next 3-5 weeks

Job Description

Work schedule includes roughly 14 shifts per month, with weekday and weekend call required.
Set Monday-Friday shifts.
Experience preferred in GYN and General Surgery.
Robotic surgery experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience, with OR experience within the last year required.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Current NRP certification.
CHEMO certification.
ENPC certification.
National Technical Certification verification.
State License 1 verification.
NURSYS license verification.
Completion and acknowledgement of Orientation Safety Manual.
Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing including EKG and Medication administration.
Successful completion of Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication).
