Description
Job Opportunity: Pharmacist Inpatient
Location: Rolla, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details
- Evening shift: 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday through Tuesday)
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Must be AHA certified
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required based on unit/specialty, must be AHA certified
Health and Safety Requirements
- N95 Fit Test (using 1870+ mask) within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 4 months of start; if positive TB, chest X-ray within 5 years and annual TB questionnaire
- Immunizations or positive titers for:
- Measles (Rubeola)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Varicella
- Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or signed declination)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination (required during flu season, October - April)
- Seasonal COVID vaccine or declination required
- 9-panel urine drug screen within 3 months of start (marijuana not required)
Additional Requirements
- Performance evaluation (most recent and annual)
- Various state-specific background checks and registry searches required for Missouri
Notes
- Candidate must complete facility-specific orientation and review policies as required
- Candidate must sign job description and complete COVID-19 vaccination declaration
