Job Opportunity: Pharmacist Inpatient

Location: Rolla, Missouri
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift Details

• Evening shift: 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday through Tuesday)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacist license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Pharmacist experience within the last year

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Must be AHA certified
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Required based on unit/specialty, must be AHA certified

Health and Safety Requirements

• N95 Fit Test (using 1870+ mask) within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 4 months of start; if positive TB, chest X-ray within 5 years and annual TB questionnaire
• Immunizations or positive titers for:

  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or signed declination)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination (required during flu season, October - April)
• Seasonal COVID vaccine or declination required
• 9-panel urine drug screen within 3 months of start (marijuana not required)

Additional Requirements

• Performance evaluation (most recent and annual)
• Various state-specific background checks and registry searches required for Missouri

Notes

• Candidate must complete facility-specific orientation and review policies as required
• Candidate must sign job description and complete COVID-19 vaccination declaration
