Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiation Therapist license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapist experience

• Completion of required WorkRamp modules (regulatory, specialty-specific, and regional) prior to start and annually thereafter.
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable.
• Some facilities may require additional state-specific background checks and attestations.
• Photo for badge with neutral background required.
• Respiratory Safety Clearance required annually for respirator use.
• Floating policy acknowledgment may be required (though this position does not float).
