Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician

Location: Franklin, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must hold BLS certification (AHA required)
• State of Wisconsin licensure required
• ARRT advanced Interventional Radiology (IR) certification required
• Call schedule: currently every other weekend and shared Monday-Thursday call with a second technician; holiday rotation with regular staff
• Experience with EPIC and Siemens suite preferred
• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to other sites within 40 miles as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

• Professional references (at least two) prior to first assignment
• Criminal background check including social security trace, OIG search, national sex offender registry, and other relevant checks within 30 days of assignment start
• Employment and education verifications within 90 days of start, updated annually or after breaks in service
• Completion of specialty skills checklist annually
• Badge photo (headshot with white or blue background, no alterations)

Notes

• Must be able to meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements prior to or at start of assignment
• Flexibility to float to other nearby sites may be required based on department needs
• Call schedule includes weekends, weekdays, and holidays on a rotating basis

This position is suitable for experienced Interventional Radiology Technicians licensed in Wisconsin with advanced ARRT certification and the ability to work a flexible call schedule.
