Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Location: Covington, Georgia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide Occupational Therapy services in a home health setting.
Conduct home visits and periodic office meetings.
Average patient load: 5-6 patients per day.
Types of cases: Start of Care and Follow Ups.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic.
Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate (patient home to patient home).
No guaranteed hours; may be floated to nearby clinics if patient census is low.
Use of EMR systems: HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, Outlook.
No on-call required for this position.
Local candidates accepted.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Georgia.
Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience within the last year.
Experience working with adult patients in a home health setting.
BLS certification required.
