- Weekend shifts every other weekend
- Floating required
- No block scheduling accommodation

Job Description

Assess acute changes in patients in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with chronic ventilator patients.
Use of EKG and competency in rhythm strip interpretation required (must pass EKG strip test at orientation).
Preferred competence in initiating and maintaining cardiac drips such as dobutamine, amiodarone, and cardizem.

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience, with Telemetry experience within the last year.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Experience with chronic ventilator (chronic vent) patients.
