Description

Travel Dietitian Position

Location: Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP (available start dates include 4/20, 5/4, 5/9)
Shift: Primarily Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Some Saturdays may be required, with one weekday off prior to the Saturday shift

Required Experience & Qualifications

Valid Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license in Wisconsin
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist within the last year

Required Background & Health Checks

7-year background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test (QGold) within 1 year of start; chest X-ray within 60 days if applicable
Drug screening: Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start (instant tests not accepted)
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (October to March)

Required Certifications (as applicable)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Other certifications as applicable to the role and specialty

Additional Requirements

Professional references: 2 verified within 2 years of start
Photo for badge (passport-style, no filters)
Compliance and confidentiality agreements to be completed prior to start
Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable

Notes

Locals are accepted but at a different rate (pay details not included)
Some Saturday shifts may be required with compensatory day off during the week
Flu vaccine exemptions require completion of specific exemption forms
