Job Description

• Inpatient pharmacist position
• Weekly rotating schedule of 4x10 hour shifts:

  • One week day shifts (start between 7am and 9am)
  • One week night shifts
• Weekend work required
• Meditech Expanse knowledge preferred
• Start date preferred within the next 3-5 weeks
• Final schedule details to be discussed during interview

Required Qualifications

• Valid Clinical Pharmacist license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical pharmacist experience, with experience within the last year

Compliance and Documentation

• Government-issued photo ID required
• E-Verify or attestation required
• Various facility-specific documents and agreements must be reviewed and signed prior to start
• Background checks and verifications (EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG) required within 30 days of start
• State-specific employability and misconduct registry checks required within 30 days of start

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
• Must be able to work rotating day and night shifts with weekend coverage
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred but not mandatory
