Job Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology (X-Ray Tech)
• Shift: Weekend Nights, 4x10 hour shifts
• Schedule:

  • Friday: 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Saturday to Monday: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Call Requirements: No on-call duties
• Flex Agency: Up to 3 times during the contract
• Local Candidates: Must be located more than 75 miles away
• First Time Travelers: Accepted

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty
• Must have a valid ARRT certification
• BLS certification required
• Must have EPIC charting experience
• Must hold a valid state license for X-Ray Tech

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• 7-year criminal background check (including felony checks) within 3 months of start
• National and state-level exclusion and sex offender registry checks
• Education verification from primary source (no hard copy degrees)
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Fit mask test within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Required immunizations or proof of immunity:

  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Drug screening within 30 days of start
• Seasonal flu vaccination or signed declination during flu season
• Snellen eye exam within 1 year of start
• References (2 within 3 years) required for agency candidates
• Employment application and skills checklist
• Work history verification (at least 2 past employments)

Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA provider/instructor acceptable
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – as required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure) – as required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – as required
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) – as required
• National tech certification verification within 30 days of start
• Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Primary source verification of state license within 30 days of start

• Total staffed beds: 528
• Scrub color: Navy blue

Additional Notes

• Variable shift start times may occur
• Candidates must complete all health-related requirements and lab work within 5 days of signing the contract
• Locals accepted only if residing more than 75 miles away from the facility
