Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Location: Corsicana, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (5x8)
Call: Required one day per week from 3:30 PM – 6:30 AM and one weekend per month (rotating)
Scheduling: No block scheduling, no floating
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Charting: Paper charting
Scrubs: Provided

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
Experience in Endoscopy, Orthopedics, and Vascular Surgery
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification

Additional Information

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
Call coverage includes one weekday overnight and one weekend per month on a rotating basis
No return to office (RTO) blackout dates

This position is ideal for experienced OR RNs comfortable with a variety of surgical specialties and flexible call requirements.
