Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Special Care Nursery (Days)

Job Description

Position in Special Care Nursery (Neonatal care)
Day shift
Required certifications include PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Minimum 1 year of recent experience working in a Nursery setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients

Notes

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
Religious and medical exemption forms are available for COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations but require facility approval.
Candidates must comply with all background, health, and credentialing requirements prior to assignment start.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a specialized neonatal care setting with a reputable healthcare facility in Illinois on a travel contract basis.
