Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Location: Port Angeles, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, primarily 8-hour shifts with 12-hour shifts as needed (1900-0730)
Average Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Job Description

Seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves working primarily in Labor & Delivery with some postpartum care. Nurses may float only as sitters or helpers and will not be assigned to Med-Surg, ICU, or ED units.

Required Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Washington
Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Certifications:
- AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
- BLS (AHA)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certificate
Neonatal monitoring experience preferred
STABLE certification preferred

Additional Information

The assignment includes 4 Labor & Delivery patients and 5 postpartum patients per shift.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.

This position is ideal for experienced Labor & Delivery nurses seeking a short-term travel assignment with night shift hours.
