Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) (Nights)

Location: Sioux City, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care. You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

• Night shift position in the ICU
• EMR system used: EPIC
• Typical hours: 36-40 hours per week (with overtime after 40 hours) or 48 hours per week (with overtime after 48 hours)
• Orientation sessions available on scheduled dates throughout the year

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa (Compact license allowed)
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of previous RN experience, including ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience within the last year
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• CPI certification required
