Location: Scarborough, Maine
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Details

• Shift: Monday-Friday, day shift
• Call: None
• Weekends: None
• Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Work Setting: Scheduled alongside full-time staff
• Float Requirements: May float between inpatient and outpatient nuclear medicine and PET imaging
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Equipment: Siemens
• EMR Systems: Epic and NMIS

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Maine
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, including experience within the last year
• Certification as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or ARRT(N)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• General nuclear medicine
• Nuclear cardiac imaging
• Oncology PET imaging

Work Environment

• Nuclear medicine services are provided at two locations: inpatient imaging at the main hospital and outpatient imaging approximately 10 minutes away
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and patient-centered personality fit
• Dress code: scrubs of any color allowed; no logos or open-toe shoes

• Facility size: 700 beds
• No call or weekend shifts required
• Position involves working with advanced imaging equipment in a high-volume setting
