Location: Dallas, Texas

Job Description
- Call, weekends, and holidays required as needed.
- Local travel radius within 90 miles.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience.
Required Licenses & Certifications
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Texas state license must be current and in hand at start.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Radiology Technologist license in Texas.
- Minimum 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience within the last year.
- Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
Required Qualifications & Compliance
- Must complete I9 or attestation.
- Valid government-issued photo ID required (passport acceptable in lieu of driver’s license or state ID).
- Background checks required within 30 days of start, including 7-year criminal background and other federal/state checks.
- Physical exam within 12 months of start.
- Negative TB test (TSpot or QGold) within 12 months; annual updates required.
- Drug screening (10-panel) within 30 days of start.
- Required immunizations and/or proof of immunity including:
- Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) titers or vaccination documentation
- Varicella titers or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B vaccine series and/or positive titer or signed declination form
- Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
- Fit mask test completed onsite during orientation; can be done prior to start.
- Photo for badge required (passport style, clear background).
Competency & Testing Requirements
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: must pass with 80% or higher; two attempts allowed.
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam required for IR specialty; two attempts allowed.
- Pass/fail testing required for medication and EKG competency.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification recommended/required for IR and related units.
- Additional certifications may be required depending on unit assignment.
Additional Requirements
- Two professional references within the last 3 years.
- Must sign job description and facility-specific forms prior to start.
- Compliance with facility-specific documentation and credentialing processes.

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
- Tele refers to Telemetry units only; no telehealth duties implied.
This position is ideal for a licensed Interventional Radiology professional with at least one year of IR experience, current Texas licensure, and required certifications ready to work a travel contract in Dallas, TX.
