Description

Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech

Location: Mount Pleasant, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Overview

Perform a minimum of 20 screening mammograms per day.
Fast-paced outpatient clinic environment requiring autonomy, teamwork, expert positioning skills, excellent communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility.
Daily caseload approximately 70 patients.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 shifts of 8 hours each (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
No weekend or on-call requirements.
Willingness to float between nearby outpatient facilities as needed.
Overtime may require shift adjustments rather than additional pay.

Required Qualifications

Valid Mammography Technologist license in South Carolina.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist, with experience within the last year.
Must hold the following certifications/licenses:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT Mammography (ARRT (M))
- SCRQSA Mammography (SCRQSA (M))
