Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks
Job Details

Required Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Oregon
Experience

Compliance & Documentation Requirements
- Background Check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- Education Verification required

- Minimum of 2 professional references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years
- Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Drug Screen: 10 panel within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
- Immunizations and Health Documents:
- TDAP (within 10 years) or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer or declination
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer or declination
- Seasonal Flu vaccine or declination (required during flu season)
- COVID vaccine or declination
- Respiratory Safety Clearance (RespSafety) required annually for travel candidates
- Fit Mask testing required annually (specific mask types accepted)
Training & Competency
- Completion of required WorkRamp modules prior to start, including:
- System-level regulatory modules (annual)
- Specialty-specific modules for inpatient rehab or therapy roles
- Epic training modules completion required within a week of orientation
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
- Skills checklists updated annually as applicable
Additional Notes
- Float Policy Acknowledgement required (may be required to float to other nearby facilities)
- Passport-style badge photo required prior to start
- Background checks and state-specific searches as required by Oregon and Washington regulations
- Some certifications and competencies may be waived for non-clinical or remote roles (not applicable here)
