Job Description

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (MedSurg / Orthopedics)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year recent experience in MedSurg and strong Orthopedics experience within a large healthcare facility.
• Charge Nurse Experience: Required.
• EMR Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience with Epic EMR.
• Shift: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each.
• Floating: Required to float to other units or campuses as needed, limited to areas where qualified and competent.
• Start Date: Approximately 3 weeks after acceptance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 1 year of recent MedSurg experience within a large healthcare facility
• Strong Orthopedics experience
• Experience in charge nurse roles; charge experience required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in the assigned unit
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
