Job Description

Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Must have a minimum of 1 year recent home health experience.
Proficiency in OASIS documentation required.
No on-call responsibilities.
Local candidates are eligible at the same rate.

Valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
