Job Description

• Outpatient Physical Therapist position
• Work schedules may include:

  • 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (5x8)
  • 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (4x10)
• Typical shift hours:

  • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
• Physical Therapist with 2 years of experience
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Additional Requirements

• Professional references:

  • 2 references required for travel and allied positions, within 2 years of start date
• Completion of employment application and skills checklist as applicable
• Compliance with orientation and safety manual acknowledgements (HIPAA, etc.)
• Competency exams as applicable by profession
