Description

Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location

City: Nampa, Idaho

Job Type

Travel assignment
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift pattern: 4 x 10-hour shifts
No call, weekend, or holiday requirements
Possible rare floating to nearby locations within the region

Department

Interventional Radiology (IR)
1 IR suite/lab
Average 7-8 cases per day
Team includes 1 interventional radiologist and 1-2 physician assistants on site during working hours
Charge nurse present on each shift

Job Duties

Work collaboratively with a team of 3 techs: 1 scrub tech, 1 circulating tech, and 1 control room tech
Support procedures including tube placements, line placements, stents, drains, Y-90 treatments, and IVIS

Required Qualifications

Interventional Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, including experience within the last year
Current BLS certification
Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or RCIS certification

Orientation & Training

Unit/department-specific orientation: 3 days to 1 week
Scrubs and dress code provided

Technology & Equipment

Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
PACS: McKesson
Equipment: Philips FD 20

Additional Information

Flexible scheduling with variable day off each week
