Location: Port St Lucie, Florida
Employment Type: Travel/Contract

Required Qualifications
- MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of experience
- Recent MRI Technologist experience within the last year
Required Documentation & Compliance
- Proof of I9 or Attestation
- Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
- Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
- Background check: 7-year criminal history check within one year of start, updated annually; includes all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for contract renewals
- Primary source education verification (official transcript or equivalent)
- National certification verification within 30 days of start
- Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
- Competency exam as applicable to specialty
- Physical exam within last 12 months
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start, updated annually; TB questionnaire for past positives
- Required immunizations or proof of immunity:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
- Varicella (chickenpox)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start (no annual update required)
- Seasonal influenza vaccination required during flu season (10/31–3/31); no declinations accepted, medical/religious exemptions allowed with agency approval
- COVID-19 vaccination: 2 doses Pfizer or Moderna OR 1 dose Johnson & Johnson required; no declinations allowed; boosters not required at this time; medical/religious exemptions require agency approval and specific exemption form
- References: 2 professional references within 2 years required for travel positions
- Employment application required
- Annual skills checklist for applicable unit
- Radiation badge issued by facility if applicable
- Florida AHCA Level II fingerprint results as per state requirements
Orientation & Training
- Completion of facility-specific online training modules prior to start is mandatory
- Modules must be completed on a computer using Google Chrome; cannot be completed on a phone
- COVID-19 exemption form must be uploaded if applicable
- Modules include watching training videos before tests; skipping videos will lock candidate out
- Returning candidates with a break in employment greater than 6 months may need to re-complete modules
Note: This position requires compliance with extensive credentialing, background checks, immunizations, and training prior to start. Candidates should be prepared for a thorough onboarding process.
