Job Overview

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a supportive, fast-paced team in an acute care setting. This role offers autonomy and flexibility in managing your day and patient care, with a diverse caseload including neurological, behavioral health, orthopedic, post-surgical, and critical care patients.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Minimal weekend requirement: One weekend day per month
• Holiday rotation: One major and one minor holiday per year

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven occupational therapy services
• Accurately document care using a web-based EMR system
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Meet clinical, departmental, and regulatory standards
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experienced clinician
