Physical Therapist - Hospital Acute (Contract)

Job Summary

Join a fast-paced hospital environment as a Physical Therapist delivering care to patients with a variety of diagnoses including orthopedics, neurological, and critical care caseloads. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care and providing therapy services across the lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality physical therapy services according to treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely records for compliance.
• Participate in a positive work environment promoting teamwork and communication.
• Conduct patient and family education.
• Demonstrate flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Maryland
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year hospital acute experience
