Job Description
- Candidates must have an Arizona home address on their driver's license to be considered.
- All candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
- Candidates should list all experienced departments they are willing to work in, as well as all shifts they are open to.
- Requests for time off (RTO) must be less than 7 days and will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience (required).
- Certifications: Must have active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross at the time of submission (required).
- Background Check: No Nursys Hits (required).
- Vaccination: Flu vaccination status must be included in submission notes. Banner declinations can be applied for.
- Travel Experience: Preferred.
Profile Requirements
- Completed Banner Cover Page.
- Updated resume detailing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.
- Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).
- Active license verification (must be less than 30 days old).
- Active certifications at the time of submission.
- Driver's license.
Additional Information
- Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
- Non-billable hours adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
